Thank you Grammy and Granddaddy for Emeryk and Clarity’s piggy banks.  Emeryk’s arrived in the mail today.  Clarity was very excited to see that Emeryk now has one too.  I love these pictures, they say it all!

True Identity

Okay, so my son was called an Arkansan the other day, in fact his little noises were compared to a razorback and although I do love the people here and the beautiful terrain I do want to clear up one thing, Emeryk is also very much a Texan!  He was born over Texas soil.  How do we do that?  Well, the grandparents helped us out with this one and they each sent some soil, one from West Texas and the other from North Texas.  Needless to say it brought up some laughter and conversation with the nurses and our doctor.  So we might say Emeryk is a Texarkansan!:)
